Sharda Welfare Foundation, Sharda Hospital and MLT Department, Sharda University jointly organised a free mega health camp on 22nd November 2021 at Village Bishara, Dadri, Gautam Budh Nagar. The objective of this camp was to sensitize the community about the importance of health and to make women aware of the inclusion of nutrition in the daily diet.
During the health camp, the students of the MLT department conducted the haemoglobin test of the participants and also made them aware of it. A team of doctors conducted health check-ups of patients with various diseases and also provided free medicines. Anaemia in women was also checked through a haemoglobin test. Women were also told about different types of nutritious food in the diet to avoid anaemia.
